Phil Nichol

Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Phil Nichol is a truly unique performer.
An acclaimed actor, award-winning comedian, producer, presenter, writer and musician, there is no end to his talent.
Phil is an energetic and exciting performer with an unquenchable thirst to break boundaries and innovate with his work. His skill as an improviser, whether it be musical, comedy or straight, is unparalled.
With a surreal edge to some of his mischievous rantings, Nichol always brings something new to the stage, his keen sense of fun and eye for the shocking and absurd has cemented his position as one of the best comedians on the circuit today.
His assured and award-winning performances in his theatrical work have attracted critical accolades and see him in great demand as an actor. Phil headlines all the major comedy clubs around the country and is also heavily involved as a resident host in Old Rope, a new material night which runs in London and Brighton.

Dave Thompson

Best known for playing Tinky Winky in the Teletubbies, Dave plays a semi-regular character in both series of Al Murray's sitcom Time Gentlemen Please, and two cameo roles in Ben Elton's feature film Maybe Baby. Dave has appeared in ITV's The All New Harry Hill Show, and TV Burp! and plays various roles in Harry Hill's stage show, Wild Horses.
Dave is an international stand-up comedian and compere, known for his brilliant one-liners and odd persona. He has written for Harry Hill's TV Burp! and The Sketch Show, which were broadcast on ITV. Both series of The Sketch Show have sold around the world, including to CBS in America.
Dave has also done warm-up spots for The Harry Hill Show and The Ben Elton Show, and has been in the feature film - Maybe Baby directed by Ben Elton.

Tony Vino (MC)

Preston’s very own funnyman. Tony Vino (**** The Scotsman) has been touring the comedy scene since early 2005. Well aware of social and political issues he mixes friendly well thought out observational humour with audience interaction and quick witted responses. A finalist in 2006 Funny Bones competition, Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and comedy compere of renown. His life and interests are wide ranging and so is the subject matter he weaves together on stage.
